My Blackberry can not connect to internet !!

My blackberry can not connect to the internet, but already the list of packages. What should I do?
1. check the status of your Blackberry, whether already registered or not
2. go to menu - Manage Connections - Mobile Network Options
3. in the data services, select on (if previously on, select off and then select again on)
4. see was the signal, changing lowercase to uppercase. edge -> EDGE
5. restart your blackberry
6. and you will be connected to the internet

THE SHORT WAY : turn off the phone, then dislodged battery of your phone, then plug it back.
